At Livemor, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@livemor.co.za.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
